Citnexus was established, in Stonehouse Gloucestershire, in January 2005 to raise awareness with charities of the substantial discounts on software which they are entitled to. From here we grew to become an authorised educational reseller for all of our vendors, including Microsoft, Quark and Adobe. Citnexus now serves the whole education sector including charities.

Our status as a authorised educational reseller allows us to supply full version software at greatly discounted prices, with the aim of encouraging learning and achievement through ICT. All of our products are 100% genuine and not scaled down in any way. This all means that our software products can be discounted by up to 80%, meaning that Charities can get more for less!

To benefit from these great discounts you must be a Registered Charity, with an office in the UK or a Church or Not-For-Profit Organisation.   All software purchased through this web site will belong to the Charity and can be used by its employees or volunteers.

The overall mission statement of Citnexus is a two fold:

Firstly we aim to improve our customer's awareness and access to discounts on software that they are entitled to, by working closely with vendors and education authorities on their behalf.

And secondly our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and high quality service they receive from us.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and helpful communications team which help us to achieve our goals. Our team give us our advantage, as individually we can care for our customers and give greater attention to detail, but together we have the capacity to deliver value software solutions to our expanding customer base.

As of July 2008, Citnexus have become the first carbon neutral company in their sector. Being carbon neutral means that Citnexus is committed to offsetting their carbon footprint, by taking part in carbon saving activities and carbon offsetting projects. This status matches our company values of care and respect for the wider community.
